WAN Technologies and Design

Students acquire both classroom and practical experience with WAN technology and accessing WAN networks. Topics include WAN theory and design, Point-to Point protocol, frame relay, network security and traffic control with ACLS, NAT considerations, network troubleshooting, network infrastructure protection and the setup of VPNs for secure network access over the WAN. Course material from Cisco Academy Program CCNA LAN Accessing the WAN is included.
Last class is from 6:30 -10:30 pm.
