Continuing Your Education (CE)

The Centre for Continuing and Online Learning allows you to take courses on an individual basis. Instead of being enroled into a program where you attend full time during the day, you can choose how many courses you want to take and pick the schedule that works for you.

Continuing Education courses are offered on campus in the evening or on weekends, giving you flexibility. Pick from hundreds of courses www.algonquincollege.com/courses.

Choosing Online Learning (OL)

Online Learning courses are offered online and print-based, with no on campus delivery, giving you flexibility. Pick from hundreds of courses at: www.algonquincollege.com/courses.

An on campus program may have an accelerated delivery, where course instruction is scheduled for longer periods at one time (eg. all week, mornings and or afternoons) in order to help you graduate sooner.

Most courses start at the beginning of a semester, Fall, Winter, or Spring.

However, courses may start at any time

Semestered:You start at the beginning of a semester and have scheduled assignment and exam dates.

Monthly intake: You start on the first business day of the month* (You must register by the last business day of the previous month)
