Open to all employees at the College, the program allows participants to practice and apply the skills needed to communicate with others, develop an awareness of clients, understand the accessible services for Colleges requirements and begin to appreciate the complexities of cultural competence, explore client relationship building and the handling of challenging situations, and discover ways to make the emotional connection with the College’s clients.
