The Canadian Overseas Mentorship Experience (COME) funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), offers a unique mentorship opportunity to pre-approved internationally educated professionals and skilled workers from the Philippines and India before they immigrate to Canada.

The program centers on three key components:

• a one-to-one, e-mentoring relationships lasting six months
• an online course for both mentees and mentors
• an online community to support the e-mentoring relationship by providing both structure and resources.
