This course was perfect for me, since I was looking to get into the industry after taking a break when I finished school. It helped me sort through and rough areas I was still struggling with and got me into the studio mindset. It was the perfect means for me to transition from an animation student into an animator.

This is a great program for anyone who feels like they get bogged down in the little things, or who needs that extra bit of motivation to get where they need to be to work in a studio. Although animation school is extremely important in developing your skills, this course provided the means to apply these skills in an efficient manner. I was taught how to focus on what’s most important in a scene and how to save time in order to be more productive. By the end of the course, I felt amazingly confident in my ability to perform and to nail any studio test that came my way. Plus, the instructors were amazingly supportive and helped me to not be afraid to tackle new things.

I highly recommend this course to any animator who wants to improve their ability, but especially if you have doubts about yourself or if you still need to come out of your shell a bit. I can guarantee that this will sort that right out for you, as it did for me. I don’t know where I’d be now without this course. I’m eternally grateful to Mercury for organizing this and for allowing me to enroll as it has made all the difference for me in my career.
