Workshop Description


Effective leaders are able to use communication to ensure that individual, team and organizational goals are clearly understood. This course defines the process of interpersonal communication and its influences.

Day 1 Effective Interpersonal Communication
Day 2 Disclosure and Listening
Day 3 Communication Patterns and Relationships in the Workplace
Day 4 Time/Stress Management and Strategies for Adapting and Connecting with Others

Alternative problem solving skills are the basis for leadership success in contemporary organizations. Participants work on alternate problem solving skills, while learning the subtle nuances of employing and developing emotional intelligence. Participants prepare and present a solution to a real-life business problem, and are provided with the opportunity to have their plan peer reviewed.

He has international work experience and has received Management and Organization Development training through National Training Labs and University Associates in the United States. Frank specializes in management training, negotiation, performance management, behavioural interviewing and organizational development.
