PROFESSIONAL SALES

Achieving success in the sales profession can often be frustrating and challenging, but it can also be very rewarding. Sales involves the application of knowledge of marketing to the provision of products and services that meet clients' needs and expectations. In this program, students build and hone their marketing, communication and selling skills and develop an awareness of clients' needs in order to foster solid business relationships.

This certificate program requires the completion of five core courses and two electives.
