CLIENT RELATIONS

This program provides students with exposure to strategies and techniques that will help them to solidify and enhance their client relations skills and build positive, lasting relationships with clients. The program prepares graduates to build teams of staff dedicated to excellent service delivery, identify, mitigate ands avoid confrontational situations with internal and external clients and to create and promote an organizational service culture.


The program is directly applicable to employment in all industries. Graduates can secure employment directly in the service sector (retail, hospitality, contact centre, business office, etc.).
