CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
The program will
provide participants with exposure to "leading edge" leadership
concepts and approaches that allow them to enhance their technical,
interpersonal and strategic capabilities as leaders. The
program will also allow participants to identify, more precisely,
leadership skills in which they should build additional capability
in order to further enhance career opportunities. The program
will explore issues such as: enhancing one's leadership
capability, strategic leadership, conflicts between the
organization's leadership and one's personal leadership, and
strategies for success in leadership positions.
To obtain this certificate, students
must successfully complete 5 core compulsory courses and 3 electives.
