Newly Hired Faculty

Faculty who are new to Algonquin College can be paired up with an experienced mentor. The mentorships are assigned as part of the orientation process.

Newly Hired Support Staff

This program connects newly hired support staff with experienced support staff. It aims to provide participants with the necessary guidance and assistance to start successful career at Algonquin College. The Mentoring program for newly hired support staff has been designed as a buddy system and serves to complement the College and Department Orientation sessions.
