Faculty Mentoring

Faculty who are new to Algonquin College can be paired up with an experienced mentor. The mentorships are assigned as part of the orientation process. If you are interested in being assigned to a mentor or being a mentor, please contact

Mentoring Program for newly hired Support Staff

Newly hired support staff are connected with experienced support staff in this program with a purpose to ensure that they are made to feel welcome and are provided with the necessary guidance and assistance leading towards a successful orientation to life at Algonquin College.  The Mentoring program for newly hired support staff has been designed as a buddy system and serves to complement the College and Department Orientation sessions.
