KPI & Program Indicators – Accountability and Excellence

The KPI (Key Performance Indicators) initiative is all about accountability and excellence. In September 1998, the Ministry of Training and Ontario’s 24 community colleges joined forces to develop and implement a confidential standardized Client Satisfaction survey process. This initiative allows us to obtain valuable feedback from our client groups.
