How Does the Process Work?

Student satisfaction, graduate satisfaction, and graduate employment are essential for us to provide you with the best services and products possible.

Student Satisfaction Survey

This survey is administered by an appointed group of administrators to all students in class during a “Reference Week” in October or February. All information is handled confidentially.

Graduate Employment and Satisfaction Survey

Approximately six months following graduation, an independent consulting firm – Forum Research, will be contacting you by telephone to conduct this system-wide survey. Note: Please be sure that your telephone number is current in our records. If you think your telephone number is incorrect, please contact Jennifer Jarvis, Manager (Acting), Career Services and Welcome Centre, at 613-727-4723 ext. 5297 or at jarvisj@algonquincollege.com.


As a Student or a Graduate, What Will I be Asked?

As a Student…

You will be asked to comment on your experiences with your Program, Courses, Teachers, and the Facilities/Resources and Services available.

As a Graduate…

You will be asked to comment on your experiences at the College, as well as provide information on employment and salary levels to allow us to determine the success of a program and possible improvements, and provide information to potential students. All information gathered is handled confidentially.
