RICHARD ALTMAN COOK MEMORIAL BURSARY AWARD
For a student who has completed Algonquin College Language Institute training, maintained a 'B' average in final English as a Second Language level studies and has been accepted into a postsecondary program at Algonquin College. Deadlines: September 29, 2008 and January 30, 2009.
