Dick BILLINGS BURSARY Awarded to a student going into their sixth semester of the Civil Engineering program. Student must be able to demonstrate financial need. Deadline: December 18, 2009. DWIGHT BROWN BURSARY Awarded to (2) students in the Construction Engineering Technician Program going into 3rd semester who demonstrate financial need. Deadline: September 18, 2009. ED IRELAND CIVIL ENGINEERING BURSARY Given to a student who has completed their first year of the Civil Engineering Technology program who has good attendance and shows financial need. Deadline: September 18, 2009 ED IRELAND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING BURSARY Awarded to a student enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering Technology program going into second year who can demonstrate financial need. Deadline: September 18, 2009. HYDRO ONE BURSARY Awarded to students going into the 4th semester of the Electrical Technology program who demonstrate financial need and show passion for the utilities stream and have a GPA of 3.0. Special consideration given to females and aboriginal students. Please submit a paragraph with application that outlines why you would qualify for this bursary. Deadline: December 18, 2009. WESTEINDE CONSTRUCTION/GRIFFITHS RANKIN COOK ARCHITECTS DESIGN BUILD BURSARY Awarded to a student in Architectural Technology, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Technology upon completion of the 4th semester. Minimum B average and can demonstrate financial need. Recipient represents team spirit, an interest in the integration of design and construction process and where possible, can show practical examples. Student should also have strong and written skills.Deadline: September 18, 2009.
