Awarded to a Perth Campus student with demonstrated financial need and a minimum 'B' average who represents qualities as exemplified by Lily Roy, namely, care for the individual, community, health, safety, environment, literacy, youth and the aged.

Deadline to apply:  November 28, 2008.
