ON-LINE BURSARY APPLICATION PROCESS / INFORMATION

Notices - On-Line Bursary Application Dates: (are posted at these locations)
- Financial Aid website
- Bulletin boards located in front of the Financial Aid Office
- Bulletin boards located in program office areas throughout the College.

On-Line Application Process:
Bursary applications are submitted on-line during specific time-periods each term when the ACSIS bursary application site is opened.

Application Periods: 
(posted as available each term)
Fall term - usually October
Winter term - usually February
Spring term - usually June

Notification - Bursary Decisions: 
Applicants are notified of bursary decisions through their preferred e-mail address on file with the Registrar's Office.  The Financial Aid menu on ACSIS provides a Bursary Application Status screen to allow an applicant to view the progress of a bursary application submitted on-line.

During the consideration process the Status of an on-line application may be: Incomplete, Submitted, Denied, Accepted, Awarded or Closed.  Generally, only the statuses of Denied, Accepted or Awarded will result in an e-mail to the applicant.
