Algonquin College is now offering Entrance  Bursaries to full-time 1st-year students
enrolled for the Fall 2007 term in degree or diploma programs. This bursary is awarded based on demonstrated financial need.

Bursary application forms are mailed to accepted applicants with the letter of acceptance to Algonquin College.  Successful applicants will be notified of the bursary decision within two weeks of  their completed application being received at the College. 

Entrance Bursary recipients enrolled in a diploma program will be eligible for a bursary of  $500. and recipients enrolled in a degree program will be eligible for a bursary of  $1000.

The bursary amount awarded will be applied to the successful student's Algonquin College account towards 2008 Fall tuition fees.  If the student has paid all outstanding fees, prior to being awarded a bursary, a cheque will be mailed by mid October.
