ACCOUNTEMPS AWARD ADVOCIS APICS - EDUCATION SOCIETY for RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BEN STEWART WORK LIFE AND BALANCE AWARD This award recognizes a student in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management program who successfully demonstrates a commitment to implementing work-life balance practices into their daily lives. BORDEN LADNER GERVAIS LLP SCHOLARSHIP Awarded to a student in the Law Clerk (Intensive) program going into 3rd semester with a high grade point average ‘A’. Student should also demonstrate considerable community activity. CERTIFIED GENERAL ACCOUNTANTS ASSOCIATION of ONTARIO CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS AWARD Awarded to a graduating student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their Managerial Accounting course. COUNTY OF CARLETON LAW ASSOCIATION AWARD DOUG DUMINIE AWARD Awarded to a student who has shown the greatest improvement in public speaking. EDWARD JONES FINANCE CLUB AWARD Awarded to the President of the Finance Club in recognition of student leadership and academic success. EMOND MONTGOMERY LAW CLERK AWARD Awarded to the student with the highest GPA in the law clerk program. EMOND MONTGOMERY LAW CLERK AWARD-INTENSIVE Awarded to the student with the highest GPA in the Law Clerk-Intensive Program.

GENERAL DYNAMICS CANADA SCHOLARSHIP GHS ENTERPRISE SCHOLARSHIPS Awarded to two students during 5th semester of the E-Supply Chain Management Program who excel in the subject Project Human Resources and Communications with an understanding of the importance of building and maintain relationships.
GREATER NEPEAN CHAMBER of COMMERCE SCHOLARSHIP HANIA GRABOWSKI LAW CLERK AWARD INTERNATIONAL STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARD Awarded to a graduating International Student with the highest GPA in the final semester who is in a full-time program and has a valid study permit. INVESTORS GROUP OTTAWA SOUTH BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARD Awarded to a student with the highest GPA in the Financial Service program in the 4th semester who have taken a full course load. Recipient should also be able to demonstrate strong people skills that will benefit him/her in the industry. JACQUARD HENDERSON PROFESSIONAL CORPORATON AWARD JACQUARD HENDERSON PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION AWARD Awarded to a student in the Financial, Office and Legal Studies Department: Law Clerk program. LINDA CAMPBELL MEMORIAL AWARD NELSON EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP Presented to 3 students upon completion of the 2nd semester with a minimum of “B” average in each of the following program areas: Financial, Office and Legal Studies; Marketing and Management Studies. Another 3 awards will be presented to students in each of the above program areas who have displayed the most initiative to succeed.

OTTAWA ASSOCIATION OF LAW CLERKS AWARD OUTSTANDING STUDENT AWARD PEARSON EDUCATION AWARDS Awarded to two students based on their ability to complete all four modules and excel in a BUS2301 online assessment and training learning environment. In addition, these students should show leadership skills in helping other students in this online learning environment. Four additional awards will be presented based on a student’s ability to complete all four modules, and excel in a BUS2301 online assessment and training learning environment. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AWARD Awarded to the top five students in the School of Business- Financial Services program during the 6th semester based on market evaluation theory. RIDEAU KIWANIS CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS RON KNOWLES ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AWARD This award honours a student who has passionately demonstrated “entrepreneurial spirit” and who has both the commitment and belief in themselves to successfully operate their own business. SALES PROFESSIONALS OF OTTAWA AWARD Awarded to a Business Marketing student bridging into their 3rd year in Business Administration with a Marketing Major. To be eligible the student must also have applied for the CPSA sales certificate designation, upon completion of the 2-year Business Marketing diploma program. A minimum GPA of 2.7 is also required. SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AWARD SMALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION “BUSINESS PLAN”AWARD This award honours a student(s) who creates a viable Business Plan for a new and innovative product or service. Student must be enrolled in the fourth semester MGT2008 Business Plan Applied course in the 2-year SME Management program, have the support of his/her faculty advisors and has demonstrated a detailed business plan that includes financial analysis, market research, and operational components for an innovative product or service. The plan must also demonstrate an awareness of corporate responsibility. SOLOWAY WRIGHT AWARD Awarded to a student in the Law Clerk program going into 3rd semester with a minimum A average. The recipient should be enrolled in the Real Estate Law course in the Law Clerk program with the highest marks going into their final year. TRIPEMCO BURLINGTON (HALTON) INSURANCE GROUP LTD PARALEGAL AWARD Presented to the student registered in the School of Business – Paralegal program who achieves the best combined percentage mark in the following two courses: LAW0010 and MGT0062. WAYNE MCINTYRE AWARD Awarded to a student registered in the Business Marketing or Small and Medium Enterprise Management program after 2nd semester whose performance in his/her program has been outstanding in terms of leadership and participation.
