Awarded to a graduating student of a trades program from Algonquin College Heritage Institute who has overcome barriers and obstacles in their learning to succeed in their chosen program.

and BUILDING COMMUNITY AWARD
Awarded to a graduating student of the Social Service Worker program who has demonstrated strong academic performance, continuous community involvement, ability to motivate and engage others and has resided in the Lanark County/Smiths Falls Community for a minimum of five years.

SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER SALVAIDE PROJECT AWARD
Awarded each year to a graduate/graduates of the Social Service Worker program who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the Algonquin College SalvAide Project, and as such, has supported the people of El Salvador in the rural areas of Chalatenage and San Vicente.

SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER FACULTY AWARD
Awarded each year to a graduate of the Social Service Worker program who has demonstrated excellence in academics and field placements, and a strong commitment to the ethics and values of social service work.
