The Algonquin College Foundation accepts approved in-kind contributions.  What constitutes in-kind contributions?  In-kind donations are non-cash gifts that include: artwork, equipment, property, securities, real estate, stocks and bonds.

The Foundation will issue tax receipts for the fair market value of the donation and in any cases where the item is deemed in excess of $30,000 and the College does not have an expert appraiser available the donor is asked to acquire a third party appraisal will be required prior to issuance of the receipt.

Gifts of Equipment
The contribution of state of the art equipment contributes to our students being able to study and train on the best equipment. 

Algonquin College looks to partner with local businesses on our capital initiatives through the donation of relevant equipment.  Corporate donors will be recognized appropriately for their level of giving and receive a tax receipt based on the fair market value of their donation.
