In this course, students learn to analyse, practise, and develop their interpersonal communication skills in all aspects of their lives. Topics include communication theory, self-awareness, personal understanding, perception, verbal and nonverbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness techniques, and conflict resolution. Through lectures, practical application, journals, films, and discussions, students develop and enhance their communication skills.
