As introduced in June 2004, the following salary schedule for full-time administrative staff outlines distinct steps for progression within each payband.  All admin staff will move through these pre-determined steps in order to reach the maximum within their payband (100%).

Administrative staff may also receive lump sum payments as determined by performance contracts and performance appraisals.
