The following statutory holidays are observed by the College:

• Good Friday

• Victoria Day

• Canada Day

• Civic Holiday

• Labour Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Holiday Period of December 25 to January 1 (inclusive)

• Family Day

All full-time employees and Appendix D employees who have completed thirty calendar days of continuous service will be eligible to receive regular pay for the dates mentioned above.  Part-time employees do not receive compensation for statutory holidays, nor the holiday period, as Colleges are exempt from Sections X and XI of the Employment Standards Act (2000).
