As Director, it is Luc's priority to ensure the attainment of the College's Strategic Plan through the responsible delivery of high-quality, integrated HR services. His areas of expertise include labour relations, employment law, organizational development, and strategic planning for HR. Luc holds an MBA from Royal Roads University, an Algonquin Diploma in Business Admin (HR), and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
