Where a College and the Local Union agree and where affected Support Staff employees approve, the College may implement more flexible hours of work and scheduling arrangements than those provided in Article 6 of the Collective Agreement (2005-2008).  These arrangements may include compressed work weeks, and job sharing assignments (Article 6.3.1 cannot be varied).
