Leave Without Pay

Leaves of absence without pay may be granted by the College for legitimate personal reasons.  These leaves may vary in length – but must not exceed a one (1) year period.  Any absence over 4 months must have Presidential approval.

Requests are made by the employee, in writing, to their Manager at least two (2) weeks in advance of the absence.  Human Resources must also be notified in writing (with approvals) prior to the approved leave of absence.
