Obtaining a Staff ID Card

All full-time employees must obtain a staff ID card and carry it on their person at all times when on College property.  New employees will automatically be provided with a card when they are hired.  For existing staff who need to obtain a photo ID card, or to replace a card, please visit the Card Systems Office (C044a) with a recent pay stub.


Human Resources Services encourages every part-time employee to obtain a part-time employee ID card.  The request must be forwarded to Human Resources Services via your manager.  Please speak directly to your manager should you wish to obtain a card.

Once a card is issued it will be valid until the end of your current authorization, at which time you must obtain another card. 

Part-time employee ID cards are not photo ID.
