How to Log in to ACSIS?

It's simple - Just follow the instructions on the ACSIS login page shown here.


  1. Enter your 9-digit student number with no dashes. It is on your student card or any college mail.
  2. The password is your birthday if you have never done this before, entered dd-mmm-yyyy (include the hyphens.
  3. If you try to login and you think you have forgotten you password, use the 'Forgot your Password?' option; this is where your security question comes in handy.
  4. Read and accept the agreement page.
  5. Complete the next page which will ask you for a new password and secret question. Click the Update PIN button.
  6. For your Network logon information go to 'Network Account Info' on the left.

*Special note for staff

 Use your 5 digit employee number as username and password for the first logon. Staff also do not get their network logon information in ACSIS. Finally, staff must use VPN if connecting from home.

Account

Profile

This option allows you to update your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and alternate e-mail.

Change Password

This option allows you to change your current ACSIS password, as well as update your security question and answer. The security question and answer are especially important if you ever have to get your password reset.

Encumbrances

This option will indicate any balances owing on your account. If you are an encumbered user, certain functions will be unavailable.

Locker Assignment

This option allows you to find your locker, or if you have not already rented, you can follow the steps outlined on the page to rent a locker.

Account Balance

This option will indicate whether or not you have a balance for tuition or individual courses.

Network Account Info

This option displays your network account information, which you will use for e-mail, Live@AC and Blackboard services.

Download Forms

This option will allow you to download miscellaneous forms.

Order Transcripts

This option will allow you to order transcripts in the instance that an employer requests them or if you are applying at another post-secondary institution.

Print Tax Forms

This option will allow you to print out a summary of your fees for your income tax claim.

Financial Aid

Fee Deferment Appl.

This option allows you to apply for a fee deferment.

Apply for Bursary

This option allows you to apply for a bursary.

Bursary Appl. Status

This option allows you to view your bursary application status.

Programs

View Program Status

This option allows you to view your academic standing (i.e. 'Registered - Part-time')

Book Assessment

Apply for Co-op

This option allows you to apply for a co-operative education placement.

Courses

View Timetable

This option allows you to view your course schedules by semester.

View Grades

This option allows you to view your grades for any courses you've taken in the last year at Algonquin.

Gen. Ed. Electives

This option allows you to view your general education elective choices.

Drop/Add/Transfer

This option allows you to drop classes, add courses, or transfer sections.

View GPA

This option allows you to view your cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA).

Course Eval

This option allows you to complete the evaluations for any courses you may be registered in.

Continuing Education

Academic Planner (BETA)

This option allows you to develop your part-time, personal development, or continuing education plan.

Employment Centre

MyCareerZone

This option allows you to plan your career choices.
