Equipment Rental

This service is available to staff and faculty who need access to equipment rental and advisory services. This would include the rental of audio and video equipment and / or related services.
How to Request Audio Visual Equipment
Equipment rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. We will always make every effort to support all rentals, but we may not have the equipment to support last-minute requests. In those cases, we will assist you in finding a solution.
- Place your request as soon as possible and at least 10 business days (2 weeks) before your required loan date. This will allow for allocation of equipment. We understand things happen at the last minute, but your advanced notice allows us to fairly allocate people and equipment.
- Complete the Audio/Visual Support for Events Request Form
