ITS is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of most computer and peripheral equipment at the College. The following list identifies a majority of the equipment that is serviced by ITS:

  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Scanners
  • Keyboard, mice and other input devices
  • Monitors

Note: Printers are managed by The Print Shop. ITS can help you install Papercut and print queues, and help you troubleshoot issues.
If the computer or peripheral is covered under manufacturer or vendor warranty, a pre-negotiated service agreement with the outside provider will be utilized.
