To arrange for a College representative to meet you at the Ottawa International Airport, please make sure that you have formally requested this service. A fee of $50 CAD should be forwarded along with your tuition fees. Complete the online application and allow one month advance notice.

If you do not arrive at the pre-arranged time due to delays during your travel, please try the following:

Call your host family to notify them of the change.

Take a taxi to your host family. Taxis can be found outside the exit doors at the Ottawa International Airport. Taxi fares can cost between $20-30 CAD. Please make sure to bring Canadian money with you for such an emergency.

Contact the International Education Centre mobile phone at (613) 286-8587. Please leave a message indicating where you are, a phone number where you can be reached, if possible, the reason for the delay and what time you expect to arrive.
