The China Enterprise Management Training Center at Chengdu (CMTCC) provides training to senior and middle managers, in both public and private sectors in Sichuan Province, the Tibetan Autonomous Region and other areas of China.

To support the development of China's economy, the Centre's training has evolved to assist state-owned enterprises in their efforts to adapt to the new environment and capitalize on the new market economy environment. The shift to a market economy has created an enterpreneurship spirit that has nurtured thousands of small and private businesses. As a result, young, energetic business people have stimulated a great demand for SME training and assistance services.

CMTCC is under the dual leadership of the State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC) and the Government of Sichuan. As an adult education institution, CMTCC is partially financed by the Sichuan Provincial Government and partially self-financed.
