Team Ottawa China Mission October 2013

Ernest Mulvey, Director of International Education Centre, and James (Zheng) Wang, Manager of international Partnerships and Programs, joined Team Ottawa China Mission October 2013, together with about 40 participants representing Ottawa’s collective strengths in technology innovation, education, tourism, and professional services. Ottawa has shared a special “Sister City” relationship with Beijing since 1999.

In addition to encouraging Ottawa companies to develop business opportunities in China, the mission promotes Ottawa as a preferred Canadian destination for China’s outbound direct investment, tourism and education.

Ernest and James also attended the Canada China Business Council (CCBC) 35th AGM Policy Conference which was held in Beijing in the same week.
