Faculty Travel Policies

Faculty/Employees must follow Algonquin College policy guidelines when undertaking international travel. Here are some helpful forms:

Faculty Led international experience with students: AA44: International Travel and Safety – Students

Faculty must also complete the Approval Risk Assessment for International Travel Involving Students form

Faculty/Employees traveling internationally on college business: AD17 – International Travel and Safety – Employees.

Complete the form in Word, print and sign and submit a hard copy to your approval authority. Once approved, submit to the International Education Centre, C021.
