Level Agreement (Sep 2005-Aug 2006): This document describes the
service level that will be provided under the Laptop Program support agreement.
Mandatory Laptop Program minimum requirements.

delivered to the ITS Service Desk.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days to process the activation. You will recieve
