ITS Service Desk Reports
Overview 
Located here are various reports based on the ITS phone queues, generated work orders and web statistics. Each of the sections contains links to the appropriate pages for that type of report and all reports are updated either daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, depending on the report.

5555 Phone Queue Reports 
Calls received by ITS Service Desk. There are four different types of reports here. The first, daily phone reports, contains information on the calls for each day of the current month. The second, weekly phone reports, contains information on the calls for each week of the current year. The third, monthly comparison, contains a month by month comparison of the call volume for the current and previous years (2007 and 2008 in this case). The fourth section contains the archives of all the old reports (includes the past reports from each of the previous sections).

All reports are based on ITS operating hours of 7:30 am to 10:00pm. Calls received outside of this time will not be displayed.
Work Order Reports 
Work Orders Generated by ITS Service Desk. There are two types of reports in this section. The first, Daily Work Orders Generated, contains information on the number of work orders generated each day of the month. The second, Time to Resolve Work Orders by Month, contains charts, in pdf format, detailing the time to resolve work orders each month going back to 2005.

All reports are based on ITS operating hours of 7:30 am to 10:00pm.
BlackBoard Web Statistics 
Blackboard Service Metrics. This section contains reports on Blackboard service metrics starting in January of 2007. The reports contain a detailed, monthly, view of the usage for each of the Blackboard servers (in pdf format).
