Information Technology Services - Blackboard System Service Metrics
Overview 
Blackboard Service Metrics. This section contains reports on Blackboard service metrics starting in January of 2007. The reports contain a detailed, monthly, view of the usage for each of the Blackboard servers (in pdf format). Each of the reports contains a graph which shows a comparison of response time or cpu usage (depending on the month) for each of the different servers. As well as the graph, there is a table which containing 5 columns:
  • Minimum: Minimum response time or cpu usage
  • Maximum: Maximum response time or cpu usage
  • Average: Average response time or cpu usage
  • Middle: The middle value for response time or cpu usage
  • Most Frequest: The most frequent response time or cpu usage amount
