Time to Resolve Work Orders
Overview 
Each of these reports is a pdf containing a chart which summerizes the average time it takes to resolve work orders broken down into months or semesters. Each of the charts is broken down into 6 categories:
  • 15 minutes or less
  • between 15 and 60 minutes
  • between 1 and 24 hours
  • between 1 and 3 days
  • between 4 and 7 days
  • more than 7 days
Each of the categories has a bar along the y axis. The x axis simply represents the month for the monthly reports. The x axis for the semesterly reports contains the 4 months that make up that particular semester.

Days to resolve work orders does not include weekends.
