The Work Order Search page allows you to access work orders you have placed with the ITS Service Desk.

You may review old work orders or track current issues/requests.

To access the Work Order Search you must have a direct connection to the College Network.  For full instructions please go to http://algonquincollege.com/its/support/connecthome

When prompted for your user name and password please enter your user name in the following format.

• campus\username. 
• For Woodroffe enter your user name woodroffe\username
• For Pembroke enter your user name pembroke\username
• For Perth enter your user name perth\username
