Network Account Support FAQ Q I am a student. Where do I get my account information. A. Log into ACSIS. Then click on Network Account Info on the left menu. Q. I am a student and don't see a username and/or password in ACSIS A. If you have paid an IT Fee you will get an account in the first few days of the semester. Then the username and password will appear. Visit ITS or the Registrar for assistance. Q. I am a student I see a password but no username in ACSIS A. A password is entered whether you get an account or not. Q. I am new staff and I don't know where to get my network account information. A. Your account information is sent to the manager that registered you with Human Resources Q. I am staff and my manager doesn't have my username and password. A.
