If you are attempting to log into ACSIS and have forgotten your password.

When on the ACSIS Login Page

• Launch Internet Explorer
• Type in the following Website: https://acsis.algonquincollege.com/
• The ACSIS login page will appear
• Click the Forgot Your Password? link underneath the Password box (see figure 1)

• The Reset Pin Screen will appear
• Enter your Student Number and Click Next (see figure 2)

• You will be asked to enter your Security Question (see figure 3)

• If success you will see a screen informing you that your password has successfully been reset. (See Figure 4)
• Return to the ACSIS login page and enter your Student number and your Birthday in the following format dd-mmm-yyyy (12-mar-1980)

• If you are unsuccessful please contact the ITS Service Desk . To ensure your password is reset quickly please ensure you have your student number ready. The contact information for ITS is in the left margin of every ITS web page.
