If you have forgotten your password, it is very easy to get it back. The first thing you have to do
is to head to the login screen and enter your username. Once this has been done, click on the link
that says forgot your password?.
If you have forgotten to enter your username, you will be notified by a little dialogue box.
Simply press OK and enter your username then click the forgot your
password? link again.
At this point you should be presented with a screen displaying your security question (set during
account creation) and asking you for an answer (see screenshot).
If you entered an invalid username, you will be presented with the following screen:
Once again, simply re-type your username and click the forgot your password? link.
If you answer the security question successfully, you will be presented with this screen explaining that
your password has been emailed to you. NOTE: this will be emailed to your alternate email
addressed (entered the first time you logged in) unless it has been otherwise specified in the Control Panel.
If you were not able to answer the security question, you will be presented with the screen below. At this
point you must contact the ITS Help Desk at (613)727-4723 ext. 5555 or
