Q. What is Outlook?

A. This is a Microsoft product for managing email, calendars, contacts, tasks, etc. It normally comes as part of the Office suite.

Q. How do I book a room for a calendar meeting?

A. When inviting attendees to a meeting choose "Resources" then "All Rooms" (top left). Select the room and check availability.
