You can view your calendar in four different ways - Day, Week, Month and Year. You can also view your Events and Tasks in each view except for Year. The following describes how to navigate through these views.

| Day View |
To view the calendar and events for the day:
- Click on the Day icon in the Standard Toolbar (see Figure 4)
- By default, events for the current Day will be displayed in the Calendar Grid (see Figure 4)

| Viewing Events for a Different Day |
- In the mini-calendar, click on the specific day - you can use the arrows to switch between the months (see Figure 5)

- The selected day will be highlighted in gray on the mini-calendar (see Figure 5)
- The calendar and events for the selected day will be displayed in the Calendar Grid

| Work Week View |
To view the calendar and events for the current Work Week:
- Click on the Work Week button in the Standard Toolbar (see Figure 6)
- By default, the calendar and events for the current work week will be displayed in the Calendar Grid (see Figure 6)

| Viewing Events for a Different Work Week |
- In the mini-calendar, click on any day of the specific week you want to view - you can use the arrows to switch between months (see Figure 7)

- The selected work week will be highlighted in gray on the mini-calendar (see Figure 7)
- The calendar and events for the selected work week will be displayed in the Calendar Grid

| Week View |
To view the calendar and events for the current Week:
- Click on the Week button in the Standard Toolbar (see Figure 8)
- By default, the calendar and events for the current week will be displayed in the Calendar Grid (see Figure 8)

| Viewing Events for a Different Week |
- In the mini-calendar, click on a day in the specific week you want to view – you can use the arrows to switch between the months (see Figure 9)

- The calendar view will change to Day View
- Click on the Week button on the Standard Toolbar
- The selected week will be highlighted in gray on the mini-calendar (see Figure 9)
- The calendar and events for the selected week will be displayed in the Calendar Grid

| Month View |
To view the calendar and events for the current month:
- Click on the Month button on the Standard Toolbar (see Figure 10)
- By default, the calendar and events for the current month will be displayed in the Calendar Grid (see Figure 10)

- Use the arrows in the mini-calendar to navigate to the month you want to view (see Figure 11)

- The selected month will be highlighted in gray on the mini-calendar (see Figure 11)
- The calendar and events for the selected month will be displayed in the Calendar Grid

| The Today Button |
- If you are currently viewing another day, work week, week, or month’s calendar or events, you can quickly switch back to the current day by clicking on the Today button in the Standard Toolbar (see Figure 12)
