In your Outlook:
- Right-click on Shared Folders in the Navigation Pane (see figure 34)
- Select Properties from the shortcut menu (see figure 34)

- The Shared Folders Properties window will open (see figure 35)

- Click on the Subscribe tab (see figure 36)

- Click on the Subscribe button (see figure 36)
- The Add Shared Folders window will open (see figure 37)

- Under the Show available shared folders whose userid is: heading, type in the user name of the Inbox you want to subscribe to (see figure 38)

- Click the Query button (see figure 39)

- The box beside the Query button will populate (see figure 40)
Note: The box will only populate if you have been granted permissions by that user. Please see Granting Permissions to your Inbox.

- Highlight the user's Inbox and click on the Add button (see figure 41)

- The Add Shared Folders window will close and you will see the user's Inbox in your Subscribe box (see figure 42)

- Click on OK to close the Shared Folders Properties
- In the Navigation Pane, collapse all the plus (+) signs under Shared Folders to access the Inbox you just subscribed to. (see figure 43)

- You can now view and manage that Inbox (depending on the permissions you were given)
