Webmail Basics - Logging Into Webmail

  • Click the Login Buttonbutton.
  • Once you have successfully logged in you will see your Mail interface (see figure 2).

Webmail Basics - Getting New Messages
  • In the Mail interface, click on the Get Mail button to receive new messages (see figure 3).

  • Any new messages will appear in the mail windows (see figure 4).

Webmail Basics - Reading Messages
  • To open a specific message click on its subject (see figure 5).

  • The mail window changes to the specific email you clicked on and you are now able to read your message (see figure 6).

Webmail Basics - Creating Messages
  • To create a new message, click on Compose (see figure 7).

  • A New Message window will pop up.

Note: You will need to disable your pop-up blockers or allow pop-ups from this site in order to be able to compose messages within Webmail.

  • Enter the following required information in their respective fields (see figure 8):
    • To field: Enter the recipient(s) email address (es)
    • Subject field: Enter the subject of your message
    • Message field: Type the contents of your message

  • Once you have finished composing your message, click the Send button (see figure 9).

Webmail Basics - Replying to a Message
  • With the email message you want to reply to open
  • Click the Reply button (see figure 10).

  • A new window will pop-up
  • Add your comments in the Message field
  • Click on Send when you are finished

Webmail Basics - Deleting Messages
  • To select a single message to delete, click the checkbox beside the message (see figure 11) or to select all messages to delete, click the Delete All icon under the Delete button - this selects all messages in your Inbox to delete.

  • Click the Delete Button to delete your message(s)
  • By default, the message(s) you delete will go directly to the Trash folder

Webmail Basics - Emptying the Trash Folder
  • Click on the Trash folder (see figure 12).

  • To select a single message, click the check box beside the message you want to permanently delete or click on the Delete All button to select the messages in the trash folder.
  • Click the Delete Button button to permanently delete the messages.
