If you need assistance with any aspect of computing technology, labs, systems or accounts, contact the ITS Service Desk.
We’ve included the contact information here and it’s also available on our ITS web pages in the left hand margin. You can visit our Service Desk in person (Room C316 or 332 in Pembroke), or contact us by phone, voicemail or email.

After hours And Self Service
When ITS is closed you can still get help.

New - Enter or review your own work order! - Link - No Waiting!
- You can use these pages for support anytime
- You can also email the Service Desk or leave a voice message and it will be addressed the next day.
- You can use the help feature of the software.
- You can refer to books and manuals or the Web.
- Check the outage announcements at the top of the ITS main page. If the system is down and we know about it then you just need to wait a short while for us to repair it.
- And don't forget...Get the Training. Learn to use the tools through courses.
