Students
Should a student forget their network password, they can log into the ACSIS web site to view their PIN. If the user has changed their password from the PIN to a new password, they may use myPass or contact the help desk to have their password reset. They must be able to prove their identity.
Staff
Should a staff member forget their NT password, they may use myPass or contact the help desk to have their password reset. They must be able to prove their identity.
Use myPass - Forgot Username or Password
If you are not sure of your usename or password Click "Forgot My Username or Password" at the login screen for assistance. Note Figure 1.
But!!!
If I forgot my password how can I log onto the computer to reset it?
You will notice that the logon dialog box on Algonquin computers has a "Forgot your Password" option that links to MyPass even though you are not logged in.

Here's how MyPass works:

Student Number: You will find your student number
- on your student card
- and letters you received from the college
- or by visiting the Registrar's Office.
It is always 9 digits and often starts with "040"
or
Employee Number: You will find your employee number
- on your staff ID
- HR correspondences
- or speak with your administration person.
It is always five digits long, skip any zeros you see beyond the five digits. |
