Change Your Laptop Wireless Password
If you have recently changed your Algonquin Network password you may find that your laptop connection no longer works. This is because it is still using the old saved password to connect the laptop to wireless. The laptop wireless password must be updated to match the new Algonquin network password.
The idea in each case is to be prompted for the new password even though it has stored the old one. Scroll down to your operating system.
(Note: These instructions are based on using the AlgSecureWLAN wireless network.)
Mac OS
For the MAC you may be prompted for the password or you can simply follow these instructions.
Windows XP
If the saved password on you laptop does not work you will see a bubble near the clock which you click on for the logon box. You may need to reboot if the bubble does not appear.
